Переезд из Notion за 5 минут

Выгрузи ZIP - открой его в karexo - работай. Страницы, базы, картинки и файлы переезжают сами, а то, что не переехало, karexo называет списком с причиной.

1. Выгрузи ZIP из Notion

В Notion экспортируйте пространство или нужную страницу вместе с вложенными, формат «Markdown & CSV». Notion пришлёт ZIP-архив - иногда с архивами внутри, это нормально.

2. Открой его в karexo

Импорт стоит на виду в четырёх местах - выберите любое и укажите архив:

• «Импортировать…» в меню «Создать»;
• «Импортировать…» в меню блокнота - страницы лягут прямо в него;
• «Импорт» в первых шагах на главной;
• Настройки - Интеграции - Notion - «Перенести из Notion».

karexo сам узнаёт выгрузку Notion и распаковывает вложенные архивы. Предел - 256 МБ в распакованном виде.

3. Работай

Сначала появляются страницы и базы, следом догружаются картинки и файлы. Нет сети - файлы ждут в очереди и лягут на свои места сами, когда связь появится; пока ждут, они видны в «Что не синхронизировано».

✅ Что переезжает

• Страницы с вложенностью: дерево Notion становится деревом karexo.
• Ссылки между страницами архива ведут на переехавшие страницы, а не на одноимённые старые.
• Базы данных: первая колонка - название записи, типы колонок karexo определяет по значениям - число, флажок, дата, ссылка, метки, выбор, статус, текст. Если есть статус или выбор, у базы сразу есть доска по нему.
• Картинки и файлы - вложениями в оригинале, без пересжатия.

⚠️ Что не переезжает

• Текст внутри записей баз. Записи приезжают со свойствами, а содержимое страницы записи - нет.
• Формулы, связи и итоги приезжают готовыми значениями: в CSV нет самих формул.
• Фильтры, сортировки и виды баз Notion в выгрузку не попадают - их придётся настроить заново.
• Повторный импорт того же архива заведёт страницы второй раз: импортируйте один раз.

Если какой-то файл не доехал, в конце откроется окно «Импорт из Notion: итог»: что переехало, что ждёт сети и что не переехало - поимённо, со страницей и причиной. Причины там такие:

• больше предела одного файла
• кончилось место
• нет сети, а очередь вложений заполнена
• нужен вход в аккаунт
• загрузку отменили
• место съёмки не убрано, файл пропущен по вашему ответу
• сервер не принял файл
• файла нет в архиве
• файл строки базы, а строки переносятся без содержимого
• ни одна страница на него не ссылается

Список можно забрать кнопкой «Скопировать список» и приложить эти файлы вручную.

Почему «5 минут»

Это выгрузка, импорт и первый взгляд на обычное пространство. Большой архив с картинками занимает дольше: страницы появляются сразу, а файлы догружаются по сети.

Export a ZIP - open it in karexo - get to work. Pages, databases, images and files move over on their own, and whatever did not move, karexo lists with the reason.

1. Export a ZIP from Notion

In Notion, export the workspace or the page you need together with its subpages, format "Markdown & CSV". Notion sends a ZIP archive - sometimes with archives inside, that is fine.

2. Open it in karexo

Import is in plain sight in four places - pick any and choose the archive:

• "Import…" in the Create menu;
• "Import…" in a notebook's menu - pages land right in it;
• "Import" in the first steps on the home screen;
• Settings - Integrations - Notion - "Move from Notion".

karexo recognises a Notion export by itself and unpacks the nested archives. The limit is 256 MB unpacked.

3. Get to work

Pages and databases appear first, images and files follow. No network - files wait in a queue and land in their places on their own once you are online; while they wait, they are listed in "What is not synced".

✅ What moves over

• Nested pages: the Notion tree becomes the karexo tree.
• Links between pages of the archive point to the moved pages, not to older pages with the same name.
• Databases: the first column is the record name, and karexo picks column types from the values - number, checkbox, date, URL, tags, select, status, text. If there is a status or select column, the database gets a board by it right away.
• Images and files - as attachments in the original, not recompressed.

⚠️ What does not move over

• Text inside database records. Records arrive with their properties, but not the content of the record page.
• Formulas, relations and rollups arrive as ready values: CSV holds no formulas.
• Filters, sorts and views of Notion databases are not in the export - you will set them up again.
• Importing the same archive again creates the pages a second time: import once.

If a file did not make it, a "Notion import: summary" window opens at the end: what moved, what waits for the network and what did not move - by name, with the page and the reason. The reasons are:

• larger than the per-file limit
• out of storage space
• offline, and the attachment queue is full
• sign-in required
• upload canceled
• the server did not accept the file
• the file is not in the archive
• a database row file, and rows move without their content
• no page links to it

Take the list with the "Copy the list" button and attach those files by hand.

Why "5 minutes"

That is the export, the import and a first look at an ordinary workspace. A large archive with images takes longer: pages appear right away, and files keep loading over the network.
